Neumopatía por aspiración (Sindrome aspirativo)

de ellos de manera aislada cumple con una sensibilidad y una

especificidad suficiente para ser concluyentes en el diagnóstico,

por lo que tenemos que apoyarnos en al menos dos estudios.

Cuando se instaura el diagnóstico se tiene que actuar de manera

oportuna en el tratamiento médico o quirúrgico por el riesgo de

complicaciones graves.
